Creating a soundscape with faux sounds, Sunshine’s Petrichor is an experimental video project where I explore the places in my childhood home I would frequent as a child while playing with my imaginary friend, Sunshine. While filming, I shifted my mindset to reenact the playfulness of my young and curious mind. What did I spend my days doing alone as a child? How did I interact with Sunshine? What did I play?
